DAVID UNAWED BY THE GIANT
David Unawed By The Giant. Then David spoke to the men who were standing by him, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine and removes the disgrace [of his taunting] from Israel? For who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he has taunted and defied the armies of the living God?”
DAVID AND GOLIATH
David and Goliath. Then a champion came out from the camp of the Philistines named Goliath of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.
He had a bronze helmet on his head, and wore a coat of scale-armor (overlapping metal plates) which weighed 5,000 shekels of bronze.
He had bronze shin protectors on his legs and a bronze javelin hung between his shoulders.
THE YOUNG HARPER BEFORE THE DEJECTED KING
The Young Harper Before The Dejected King. So Saul sent messengers to Jesse and said, “Send me David your son, who is with the flock.” Jesse took a donkey [loaded with] bread and a jug of wine and a young goat, and sent them to Saul with David his son.

David Anointed King. The LORD said to Samuel, “How long will you grieve for Saul, when I have rejected him as king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil and go; I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have chosen a king for Myself among his sons.”
BOAZ REDEEMS RUTH AND MARRIES HER
Boaz Redeems Ruth and Marries Her. So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife. And he went in to her, and the LORD enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son.
RUTH AND BOAZ AT THE THRESHING FLOOR
Ruth and Boaz at the Threshing Floor. So he said, “Who are you?” And she answered, “I am Ruth your maid. Spread the hem of your garment over me, for you are a close relative and redeemer.” Then he said, “May you be blessed by the LORD, my daughter. You have made your last kindness better than the first; for youhave not gone after young men, whether poor or rich
KINDNESS TO THE STRANGER
Kindness To The Stranger. At mealtime Boaz said to her, “Come over here and eat some bread and dip your bread in the vinegar.” So she sat beside the reapers; and he served her roasted grain, and she ate until she was satisfied and she had some left [for Naomi].
GLEANING AFTER THE REAPERS
Ruth Meets Boaz. Then Boaz said to Ruth, “Listen carefully, my daughter. Do not go to glean in another field or leave this one, but stay here close by my maids.
RUTH’S LOVE’S STEADFAST CHOICE
Ruth’s Love’s Steadfast Choice. But Ruth said, “Do not urge me to leave you or to turn back from following you; for where you go, I will go, and where you lodge, I will lodge. Your people will be my people, and your God, my God.
THE SCROLL AND THE LAMB OF GOD
